should I make this a series?

Happy Monday!

I held my monthly roundtable earlier today and we were talking all things lead generation and marketing. Which made me think about my own goals for 2027.

As you may know, I've been working through a Data Analytics program this year and I should finally be done the end of October ( I just need to lock in lol). I haven't been promoting much and just relying on the few clients and one-off services I've had this year to keep things afloat.

Once this program is done, I'll be left with what now? In this climate, I know I won't get a job just because I have a new certification, and I really want to use it so I'm going to be morphing my consulting business to focus more on the data side and I'll be dropping my current service offers minus the backpocket support and workshops.

With the changes, I'm going to have to change up my marketing, who I want to work with, and the way I currently do services.

So far, I've been updating what I want my services to look like, and I'm putting my focus into helping businesses show how to communicate the success of their work (think of client/customer feedback here). Then the backpocket will focus on the operations behind it.

I'll share more details on that another time, but what I would love to know is would this part of the journey be interesting to you to read about? Like what I've done so far, some things I'm testing, the type of leads I've attracted, etc. I know I have a mixed audience, so I want to be sure! Just reply back with the word "Yes"!

Until the next batch of random thoughts come to mind, I'll catch ya later!
