Happy Sunday!
It's a new month, but I wanted to do a quick reset instead of jumping into the month. January was full, but not "loud". Here's why that matters.

January ended up being a planting month for me.
I started playing volleyball again (which reminded me how sore you get when you do things just for fun).
I got my hair loc’d. If you're nosy like me, you can see a pic here.
I launched the advisory circle for the Lowcountry Operations Network after sitting on the idea for a while.
I've been tweaking my meals and snacks a bit more to be anti-inflammatory friendly. I still love my sweets and whatnot, so I'm making changes to things I know I can commit to.
It's been so cold, so I haven't been in my garden much. Once it warms up again, I'll be making adjustments to the vegetables we planted.
I keep reminding myself that not every season is about momentum. Some are about alignment.
If your January felt slow, messy, or unfinished, that doesn’t mean it wasn't productive. You were probably "planting seeds" too.

Try This
Do a quick weekly check-in before you plan anything else. Some things you can ask:
- What worked last week?
- What tasks felt heavier than they needed to?
- What's one thing I can push to the side?
System this supports: Personal Boundaries

|
What I'm working on This Week
- Showing up for things I committed to
- Getting templates done for promotion for Lowcountry Operations Network
- Mapping out my rest times for February- I try to make sure I have a couple of hours to myself once a week, where I don't do anything.
