Happy Hump Day!

I've been updating my hiring plans and mapping out the exact tasks I want my person to do. As I was working on it, I realized I'm doing WAYYY too much and I want to release more control.

Hiring for quick projects isn't enough, so I'm starting my search now for professionals to delegate my ever-growing task list to.

With that being said, I'm going to drop an overview of who I'm looking for, and if you provide these services, please reply back and let me know your pricing and the process I would need to go through as a new client.

I'm not hiring yet, but I like to map out a budget, connect, and follow your journey to see if we would mesh well. So, pretty much the same advice I give to you, I follow as well.

When I'm ready to officially hire, I'll have the proper job descriptions and info ready. Please correct me on titles as well.

Content Repurposer/Content Support (I'm not sure what this is called)

This person would need to be able to use VideoTap and ChatGPT to turn The Process chat content into blogs, social media content, and more (Video tap does a good bit, but I don't like the voice lol), create workbooks/guides in Canva from content, Assist with template creation from my social media content, assist with creating new/more focused presentations from past classes and workshop content.

Social Media Scheduler

This person would be responsible for posting content created by Content Specialist (?) on Linkedin, Threads, and IG. I'm not in a rush to do this and would be the bottom of my list.

Tech + Systems Implementer- In particular, things that support my client/customer delivery.

A lot of my software takes care of it automatically, but I don't always have time to set things up (the new membership coming up for example). I need someone that can help me break things down from a systems level (processes) and build it out for me. I've been keeping myself at a block because I have a good bit to build but not enough time to do it.

Community Manager

This person would be helping me run the new membership by keeping members engaged/supported, tracking set KPIs, and helping with ideas to keep things moving because this will be one of my main focuses as I remove more services.

This is all I have so far, but there are a few more. My content/IP is my main money generator. People pay for my content, whether as a client or licensee. But I'm causing a HUGE bottleneck in my "passive" funds as a licensor by not having things set in place and automated. I've accepted this, and I'm ready to fix this.
