I wanted to share a quick update on the Operations Roundtable.

We’ve officially partnered with the I HOPE Women's Business Center, and all upcoming sessions will be hosted at their space.

This gives us a consistent place to meet and opens the door for more intentional conversations, workshops, and events designed for both business owners and corporate professionals.

If you’ve been to a roundtable before, you already know these aren't traditional networking events (although that tends to happen naturally). They’re small, honest conversations about what’s actually happening behind the scenes in your work:

• team challenges
• processes that aren’t working
• growth without burnout
• figuring out what’s next
