Happy Sunday!
Last week was a catch-up week for me, but I still had to squeeze in some maintenance appointments. Back in December, I got my first medical pedicure at a local small business. I gave them a shout-out on Facebook, and when I went back, she said she got a new client.
Reasons like this is why I share the things I do online and why it's a part of my company's values. I'm not great at leaving reviews, but I want to become better at it. Which is why I decided to build out a system that allows me to do so.

A Quick Word

I'm thinking about doing a shoutout on social media as well. What do you think? Just reply and let me know your thoughts!

So, how does one create a system to give feedback on businesses they love?
It can look like:
- Setting aside 10 quiet minutes once a week to leave reviews/give feedback
- Sharing one local business you love. This can be a separate post or sharing one from their page.
- Sending a quick message telling someone their work made a difference
That local owner didn’t know that the post would lead to a client. I didn’t either. That’s not why I did it.
But that’s the ripple effect. If we want strong communities and long-standing small businesses, we have to participate in that ecosystem.

Try This
Set a recurring reminder once a week to intentionally support one business you appreciate. If we want to see more of the businesses we love continue to run, we have to mention them more.
System this supports: Community + relationship systems

What I'm working on This Week

One Thing for You
There's no dedicated link/resource today, but I did want to share a simple structure you can use when giving feedback:
- What you used or experienced
- One specific thing that stood out
- Who do you recommend it to
Make it your own, drop it in AI to make it clear, etc. Just use your real feedback.

P.S. If you're on Linkedin or Alignable and found my content useful to your journey, I would love your recommendations and feedback!
Feedback/Comment of the week: Adriana Richardson, Couldn't agree more Content becomes truly powerful when you treat it like real infrastructure. It’s not just posts and ideas it’s the foundation that supports your brand and opens doors. Built thoughtfully, it holds everything else up and keeps delivering results over time. That’s when content stops being noise and starts working for you.

Your Fav Chief Systems Officer
I'm Ashley, CEO & Founder of Solution Integrators - I help female entrepreneurs scale beyond six figures through the power of client journey improvements, systems automation, and project management support. In a nutshell, I make sure you're secret sauce is showcased throughout every phase of your client journey. The key to really creating an experience that brings in referrals is making sure your clients feel seen, heard, and supported within every checkpoint. I like to encourage people to think through their best and worst experiences with another service provider - what made that experience so great and what could you have done without. Don't overlook the small things - include a custom video in your proposal to make sure the potential client knows that you listened and understood their key painpoints. Don't take their money and run lol after onboarding make sure they know exactly what they can expect to happen next, and when. And once a project is wrapped up, incentivize them for coming back or sending folks back to you
