This whole month has been a reminder of how far I've come over the years with running a business and maintaining my home life.
The biggest lesson learned this past year was that I needed to lean out. I have huge goals like many people, but I was dipping my hand into too many things. This was causing a huge bottleneck, and it was time to cut ties.
For Year 33, I plan to continue growing lean. Which means I'm just sticking to what is working.
- For meal prep, I rotate the same 2-3 meals based on where I am in my cycle
- Exercise, I continue doing my walks and making sure I do some strength-based exercise as well
- Hiring in business- I make sure I follow the 5 levels I teach about and hire based on where I am (this has truly been beneficial).
- I make sure I always have accountability/community around me. This means staying in groups with like-minded individuals, those with similar hobbies, etc.
You catch my drift. Everything has a purpose, and I'm not straying from what I have set this time.
I don't have much more to add because I'm preparing for vacation right now, and I'll be giving you a break for a bit.
Thank you for being in my little bubble, and I look forward to spending another year with you!

What's Happening this Month?
- I'm keeping my Pay What You Want birthday special running until I get back from vacation. You just "tip" $5 (or more) and you'll be given access to a custom GPT I give to clients. If you use it, I would love your feedback on how you use it and what benefits you had from it.
- Lazy Systems Club will be opening mid-August. Right now, it will be just a one-time payment membership for those who want to improve their Operations, whether at home or in business. You can join the waitlist for more.
- Implementing AI in business, but want to make sure it aligns with your Operations? Check out the AI Action Plan service

I'm Ashley, CEO & Founder of Solution Integrators - I help female entrepreneurs scale beyond six figures through the power of client journey improvements, systems automation, and project management support. In a nutshell, I make sure you're secret sauce is showcased throughout every phase of your client journey. The key to really creating an experience that brings in referrals is making sure your clients feel seen, heard, and supported within every checkpoint. I like to encourage people to think through their best and worst experiences with another service provider - what made that experience so great and what could you have done without. Don't overlook the small things - include a custom video in your proposal to make sure the potential client knows that you listened and understood their key painpoints. Don't take their money and run lol after onboarding make sure they know exactly what they can expect to happen next, and when. And once a project is wrapped up, incentivize them for coming back or sending folks back to you
