First, I've been thinking a lot about alignment lately.. not the buzzword kind, but the real kind. The kind where you can feel in your body when something isn't quite right anymore, even when it looks good on paper.
After a lot of reflection (and some really honest conversations), I've made the decision to end my partnership with Leahcim. We've had a good run, but we're both ready for what's next. Sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is recognize when paths are meant to diverge.
There's no drama here, just two people who respect each other enough to own when it's time to make a change.
This summer has been a masterclass in getting clear on what actually matters. Stripping away the noise, the should-dos, the strategies that work for other people but feel heavy for me.
What's left is simpler. More intentional. More aligned with the kind of work that energizes me and the kind of impact I want to have.
I'm moving into fall with a focus on the clients who are ready to do the work—the ones who know their systems are holding them back and want to fix it, not just talk about it. The ones who understand that documentation isn't "sexy", but it's the foundation of everything that is.
You'll see me talking more about Lazy Systems Club as we head into September. It's for the folks who are ready to clear out the chaos and document what matters without the overwhelm, without the perfectionism, without the endless strategizing.
Just the systems that work. The documentation that sticks. The processes that make everything else easier.
It's not for everyone, and that's exactly the point.
This summer, I'm letting go of the version of my business that looked impressive but felt draining. I'm making room for the version that feels sustainable and true.
What about you? What's something you're releasing this summer to make space for what's next?
Hit reply and tell me. I genuinely want to know.
Here's to the next chapter!
